Los Charros Mexican Restaurant

Horrible.  Just horrible.  My husband and I went for lunch on a Thursday at noon.  The wait was long, the food was cold and there were only two people working.  One was the manager, who I think was also cooking and the other was the bartender, who was also the waitress.  We had to look for ketchup that was half filled from other tables, pepper and apparently they didn&#39;t have any mayonnaise for my cold burger.  When I complained about my food, the manager acted as if she didn&#39;t care and offered up her regional manager&#39;s contact information immediately.  I couldn&#39;t determine if she wanted me to complain to him because she&#39;s overwhelmed or if she just didn&#39;t care.  She take all of our food off the bill; however, I left frustrated and hungry.  I can&#39;t get the time that was stolen from me due to this epic fail.  Never again.
